THE ALIGNMENT SURVEY

The Alignment Survey provides a comprehensive report, scientifically backed* on the factors that affect engagement, satisfaction, performance and alignment in your Leadership Team.

The purpose is to provide you with valuable insights into the current alignment of your Leadership Team. By participating in the survey, individuals will gain a comprehensive understanding of the extent to which their team is aligned, enabling them to identify areas for improvement. 

The Alignment Survey equips leaders with practical knowledge on how to support their teams to come into better togetherness and minimise the risk of misalignment and team dysfunction.

The Alignment Survey measures factors that motivate your leaders to identify with your Leadership Team. If you know what’s working you can sustain it, and if you know what’s missing you can choose to do something about it.

THE PROCESS

All members of your Leadership Team will complete a 12-minute survey.

The report will benchmark your Leadership Team against a ‘norm group’ of high-performing teams from elite sport and global businesses. 

The interpretation and integration of the report insights are key to maximising team alignment. 

A 90-minute debrief with Tamson, an Executive and Leadership Coach is included with the report. The debrief aims to collaboratively assess the findings, creating a roadmap to sustain your team's strengths and focus on the areas of improvement.
